Milwaukee Photography Studio
After spending 5 years in my cute studio in Greendale, I’ve moved to a new Milwaukee photography studio! I’m now located in the ever evolving Bay View area right off Kinnikinnick (KK) Avenue. 2790 S. Fulton Ave. to be exact! Bay View is known for its growing business community of restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutique shops. My Milwaukee studio space in Bay View is located just 10 minutes outside of Downtown Milwaukee. 20 minutes from the Milwaukee suburbs of Franklin, Oak Creek, and North from Mequon. Waukesha County is only a 30 minute drive through downtown to my beautiful studio as well!
My photo studio is much larger than my previous location, and beautifully updated as well. While looking for a new photography studio space, I wanted to find something that was turn key ready. I didn’t want to have to put in a ton of money, or do many renovations if at all possible. This way it would be must easier to just move in and start photographing my sweet clients studio sessions right away. Worrying about renovations and altering major aspects of a new location really takes quite a lot of time. Finding this beautiful location, and how updated it was, was very exciting!
Moving In
Moving in didn’t take much time at all. Luckily having an established studio location in the past, I knew what worked for me and what didn’t. I had all of my furniture and storage for my backdrops, wraps, and other fun props. The biggest thing to think about, was how I wanted to fit it all within my new portrait studio.
My new Milwaukee photography studio has an amazing client lounge with a built in mini fridge, snacks, a TV, and tons of natural light! A great little spot for siblings, and parents to hang out while I’m photographing my client’s sweet newborn sessions. A bonus is being able to use the same space for more casual shots with my families sitting on the couch and snuggling with their kiddos!
While I loved my previous studio, I’m excited to have more opportunity within my new photo studio simply due to the larger size of it! Offering new lighting set ups, and other varieties of sessions is something I’m very much looking forward to!
