Bright Colored Newborn Photography

I am always flattered to have client’s come back to me for each of their newborn sessions! I photographed this awesome client’s older son’s newborn sessions, so when Momma contacted me that she was pregnant again I was so excited! One thing that I see a lot being a Milwaukee newborn photographer is parents wanting slightly different colors for each of their babies! This time around for little brother, we did some bright colored newborn photography!

Colorful Photography

Colorful photography is always a great idea! Although I love neutrals and an airy style, my love will always be with fun bright colors. They honestly just make people happier, and when we’re talking about small children and infants it’s always fun to add some whimsy to their sessions. Over the years I have gravitated towards some softer pastels, that are always so beautiful. I have so many fun colorful props to choose from in my Milwaukee studio though, that parents can definitely go more bold with their newborn session.

Sibling Photos

One of the variety of images I include with my newborn sessions are sibling photos! These brothers were SO sweet together. I can not get over the cheek squishes and hugs from big brother in the series of images below. Not all siblings are quite as easy going, and have the desire to be within the photos with their new sibling. That’s okay too! Often times, I have to make some magic happen in photoshop by taking two separate shots of the baby and older child, and compositing them together. Just a great reminder why it’s crucial to book with an experienced newborn photographer, who knows all the tricks of the trade!
