I say it all the time, senior portrait sessions are one of my most favorite to photograph. I know, I sound like a broken record but it’s so true! This senior session was special in many ways. The biggest reason, is Jaiden is my oldest nephew! I can’t believe how fast time goes, it really is so important to take all the pictures while your kids are young! Another reason as a Milwaukee senior photographer, I loved this senior session was because quite a few of these shots were not planned but turned out amazing!

Downtown Milwaukee

Jaiden wanted a Downtown Milwaukee vibe for his senior photography session. Of course I knew of a lot of fun spots other than my studio of course, so we met up where the cobblestone sidewalks meet some very historic Milwaukee buildings. We started his senior photography session around this Downtown Milwaukee area, and ended up taking an elevator up to the top level of a parking garage. The whole rooftop photography session is some what of a trend right now. However, this was not what we had originally planned on doing for Jaiden’s senior photo session. Once we were up there, and saw the beautiful view of Downtown Milwaukee we knew immediately we were going to rock this location.

As a Milwaukee Photographer I get giddy when there’s a happy accident, and new location. The sun was shining on one side of the Milwaukee parking garage, so we snapped a few senior photos with the sun set. Of course when we turned in the other direction, there was the stunning view of the Milwaukee skyline including the Fiserv Forum. I couldn’t be more excited at how this Milwaukee senior photography session turned out!
