Newborn Photography Milwaukee

Newborn photography Milwaukee sessions at my Bayview studio are some of my favorite to photograph! I love seeing this family, and have been honored to photograph their sweet older son’s newborn photo session, as well as their Christmas, cake smash, and Mom’s maternity sessions!

Sibling Pictures

Sibling pictures are photos that are included within my newborn photography sessions, as well as family and parent images. Mom and Dad were actually a bit hesitant to bring big brother Alex, due to his age. They were a little worried he might not cooperate. Working with so many different families and kids, I have definitely had my fair share of toddler siblings who not only don’t want to sit long, but are very fast to run away! I was so glad Mom and Dad decided to bring Alex in, because we got quite a few sweet sibling and family shots with their newest additional Jaxon! Hiring an experienced newborn photographer is incredibly important in these situations as well, as I edited two photos together to create the adorable sibling bucket shot. Just a little big of editing magic that happens behind the scenes with my newborn photography Milwaukee session.

Awake Newborn Photos

Eventually most newborn’s wake up during their session. Awake newborn photos can be challenging with some babies who like to wiggle around a lot. Other newborns who are awake and calm are a bit easier to photograph. I hear it a lot from clients, they love wide awake shots of their newborns! It actually tends to be parents favorite images from their newborn photo sessions. Jaxon was definitely a wiggle worm once he did wake up, so swaddling him up was a must towards keeping him calm towards the end of the session.
