Racine Family Session

This awesome family has been having their yearly (and sometimes more often) photos done by me for the last several years now! It all stared when Mom was pregnant with their oldest son! I always always love photographing their racine family session!

We’ve done studio photos before, as well as parks. This year we switched it up a little with this gorgeous location within Racine by Lake Michigan. I love how there is the beautiful lighthouse and small buildings with bright white brick, as well as this pretty little beach area!

This family is seriously SO much fun! Their little one reminds me so much of ALL of my kiddos. Spunky, goofy, and just the type of kiddo who can’t (and shouldn’t) be tamed! haha. Both boys gave me such great smiles, and little brother was absolutely hilarious to watch during the session. He kept winking at me, like he was a pirate. Mom put it perfectly – he looks like Chandler in “Friends” when Chandler can’t smile for a photo and keeps making goofy faces. I HAD to edited a few to add to their gallery!

The sky was absolutely gorgeous this evening as well! It was a SUPER hot summer day, but in the amazing Racine location we picked it was actually just perfect outside. The sky was lit up with beautiful shades of pastels, which of course is some of my favorite photos of the session.
