Beach Colors
Time goes too fast, way, way, way too fast. My little one is already THREE! I’m not sure how that’s possible. When my kiddos are older and want nothing to do with pics, I’ll be SO glad I have all these memories to share with them from their childhood. My little one is so lucky to have a fun summer birthday, I had to do her session on the beach in Milwaukee. Of course it’s my favorite spot to do sessions. Although I was hoping for some golden sunlight, even with some cloud cover the beach colors are gorgeous. So many pretty shades of blue and teal.
It’s not always easy photographing your own kids. Okay, any photographer knows it’s nearly impossible to photograph your own kids haha. I took my littlest minion to the beach this evening in hopes of getting just a few photos! She is SO funny with all her facial expressions, but I really love the candid shots of her as well.
Of course it’s not a birthday without some balloons! By “some” I mean 25 balloons. I had this fun idea with this beautiful lighting in my studio. I blew up literally about 25 balloons and put them all at different heights in my Milwaukee studio. It was fun having her pose in-between all of them and seeing how the images came out with this pretty lighting. Although I used up a good amount of the helium tank I had, it was totally worth it!!
