For The Love of Cake Smash

This session was a combined cake smash mixed with a few maternity and family photos. First let me start of by saying this family is gorgeous are they not? I LOVE that they decided to wear a few traditional Indian outfits! I’m in love with the bright orange that mom is wearing. It’s such a fun happy color. They did an outfit change into shades of pink, and it looked just as amazing. I LOVE colorful outfits, and accessories. It really makes your session stand out. As for the cake smash images. Mom and I went back and fourth on the phone planning on the perfect color scheme and “look” for her son’s one year photo session! She let me know right away that she loved my use of bright colors, and definitely wanted something that was bright and bold! She wanted to keep it with shades of blue but still wanted the photos to be “airy” looking. I LOVE what we came up with! Red, blue, and gold cake smash is such a fun color scheme for little boys!
