Custom Cake Smash
Custom cake smash sessions to celebrate your little one’s first year is a must! Cake smash sessions in my private Milwaukee studio are as easy and stress free as possible for my parents! The only thing you have to bring along is your birthday kiddo, and maybe an extra change of clothes for going home! I custom create each backdrop to match the color choices and desires of parents. From a traditional style smash, to a balloon garland style, and even my fun custom fringe style! You can’t go wrong with ringing in your child’s big milestone birthday with a colorful, whimsical smash!
Korean Theme Cake Smash
For this sweet girl, my parents wanted to incorporate a beautiful pink and white custom balloon garland along with a traditional Korean first Birthday tradition! The balloon garland I made turned out so beautiful and airy! It matched perfectly with her light pink and white traditional Korean dress. I’ve photographed both of these adorable sister’s newborn, and cake smash sessions, and we did the same Korean tradition for big sister’s smash as well! Mom brought in several items, which symbolized what her daughter may be when she grows up. The first item the little girl picks, is what she will become! She went right for the scroll item, which meant she will be a scholar when she is an adult. Mom had also brought some wrapped gift boxes, and a Korean cake stand and cake topper! I really love the fun tradition my client’s wanted to add into their daughter’s smash sessions, it definitely adds a unique touch they can reflect back on when their children are older!
Client’s Are On The Move
One thing that can be tough about being a photographer is getting to know your client’s and having them move! This awesome family is part of the military. When Mom received orders to South Korea, she was quite excited as that’s where many of her family members live! Of course I’m always sad when my client’s are on the move. It was an honor photographing both of their beautiful girls over these short few years!
