Takes The Cake
This is hands down the most grand cake a parent has brought into their child’s cake smash! This cake seriously .. well, takes the cake! haha I love how fun Nikki made this smash for her daughter by bringing in such an extravagant cake.
Although Jade was a little nervous and didn’t have huge smiles for us, I LOVE her images. Nikki ordered that gorgeous floral crown just for her session. That adorable pink outfit with the white fur matched so perfectly with this sweet pastel backdrop of mine. Her pink dress for her cake smash was so fabulous as well. I’m so glad the backdrop, cake, and outfit went together flawlessly. Nikki and I went back and fourth a few times on what type of style she wanted for the smash. She was leaning towards more floral since her wedding decor was similar in style. Nikki had made her final decision only a day or two before the smash, so I’m glad I had all these pretty little props on hand. The cake stand Nikki had brought in was, yes..from her wedding!
It was so great meeting this sweet family. Even Nikki’s Mom came in since she was here from New York. I loved getting to know them, and hearing their story!
