Milwaukee Award Winning Photographer

I’m SO EXCITED to announce for the second year in a row, Kellie Roman Photography LLC was voted Milwaukee’s Top Choice in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Community Choice Awards for best photographer! Being a Milwaukee award winning photographer is not something I take lightly. I couldn’t have done this without my incredible clients, followers, family and friends! A huge THANK YOU is in order to all who took the time to vote for me this year!

I was notified in May that I had made the top 3 finalists within the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Community Choice Awards for the second year in a row! The top three nominees are invited to a special dinner gala at the Brookfield Conference Center where final winners are announced. Last year I didn’t attended, so I decided I had to go this year and check out all of the fun at the gala!

It was such a fun evening, with plenty of photo ops and even a selfie station set up within the venue. The finalists had dinner and drinks. Miss Wisconsin was even there, and announced all of the winners! It was definitely an exciting night, especially when announcing the top Milwaukee award winning photographer was…Kellie Roman Photography for the second straight year! I walked across the stage, that had fun huge marquee lights set up and received a print out with my name and winner on it. Of course, I’ll be receiving an official winner plaque in the near future. I also was able to take home the fun glowing table centerpiece that my husband actually one! We played “musical chairs” with the fun acrylic centerpiece and my husband happened to be holding it when the music went off. Talk about a fun night!

Again, this award and recognition of a Milwaukee award winning photographer, and Milwaukee’s Community’s Choice wouldn’t be possible without my loyal client’s over the years, followers on social media, family and friends. Thank you so much Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin!
