Greendale Senior Photography

I’m obsessed with this Greendale senior photography session. It was a very windy evening, and we had a location change from Oak Creek, to South Milwaukee because of it. We still ended up in a windy spot within Milwaukee, but the sunset was to die for and totally made up for the wind!

Milwaukee Photography Studio

We did quite a few shots in my Milwaukee photo studio to show off this Greendale Senior’s sport he’s been involved in. Swim is a big part of his high school journey, even qualifying for the state high school swim meet! Having him bring his goggles, swim cap, and state hoodie was a fun way to personalize his senior pictures! Of course with Greendale’s colors being the majority green, I added some fun lighting to make his session unique to him and Greendale High School! We went for a more dressy look as well for this Greendale senior photography session. Having the black and white contrast between his outfit, and the backdrops was as unique as him!

Outdoor Location

For the outdoor location of this session we were originally heading to a spot in Oak Creek. Since this senior loves to swim and fish as a hobby, we absolutely had to be near water. It was SO windy we decided last minute to head over to a small river in South Milwaukee where the wind would be blocked by all the trees. Well, that didn’t work out as planned either due to the crowded location. Being a Milwaukee senior photographer means switching things up a bit last minute. We ended up at the beach in South Milwaukee, and we were SO glad we did! Although it was still very windy, we had the most stunning sunset! One of my favorite things about senior photography near Lake Michigan is the pastel colors the sky turns to once the sun has set. We had a show that evening, of pinks, oranges, purples, and blues. It was absolutely perfect.
