Grandma’s Bunny

Another fun newborn session in my Milwaukee studio! So many different and fun props and images that went along with this little guys newborn session. Mom had a lot of great thoughts and ideas she wanted to incorporate with their photos. One, was photographing little man with his late Grandma’s bunny collection!

This sweet little boy’s Grandma would sew and create bunnies. What a fun way to incorporate SO much love into his newborn session, by adding this little touch of what his Grandma used to do. I love the shot of his little hands wrapped around the adorable little bunny.

Mom also told me he is a rainbow baby. A rainbow baby is a baby born after an infant/pregnancy loss. I think it’s an amazing way to honor not only the baby here who is with us, but also the sweet little one looking down from heaven. I love how bright and cheerful the rainbow baby set up turned out.

His big sister was such a joy to work with as well! Talk about LOVING having her photos taken! She took direction so well, and was so much fun to work with. She did a wonderful job during the photo session.
