Deep Sleeper

From time to time I have a newborn in my Milwaukee studio that doesn’t quite want to sleep as deep as I’d like them to! That means, as soon as I change out a swaddle, outfit, or pose they open their little eyes and are wide awake. That’s exactly what happened with sweet Margaux. Milwaukee newborn sessions are different from one to the next. I’ll get everything from wide awake babies the whole session. Newborns who are so sleepy and relaxed they are hard to put into certain poses. As well as, newborns who sleep a little here and there but ultimately never want to be a deep sleeper. When it comes to my newborn sessions, they are really led by the baby! If a sweet newborn is uncomfortable in a pose they usually let me know, and I can easily switch to a different pose. I have tips and tricks, and know just what to do under every circumstance so we can still achieve gorgeous shots, just like the ones below!
