Uneasy Cake Smash

Gah! Little Brock came into my Greendale studio for his super special first birthday session..and..uneasy cake smash! lol!

Uneasy Cake Smash. A one year old cake smash set up in a milwaukee photographers studio. The backdrop is blue chevron, there are shades of baby blue, royal, blue and silver balloons along with blue and silver banners. There are blue tissue paper pom poms on the floor with small lights. With all of my cake smash sessions, we start with an outfit or two and coordinating backdrops. I save the best for last….the festive cake smash! The whole session Brock was such a sweetheart, but totally uneasy about what was going on. He would go from smiling so big one second to kind of a uneasy wine. The poor guy didn’t know what to think about it all!

Fast forward to the smash portion, which I TOTALLY love these fun shades of blue Mom had request. Brock was really unsure what all the hub-bub was about. And let’s just say, after his hands got a little dirty from that amazing butter cream frosting…he was NOT having it!

…. Unlike your beautiful little one who’s getting older and changing by the day! Newborn photography is something to smile at even 25 years down the road, when the tiny baby you held is walking down the aisle.

It goes by in the blink of an eye, and hiring an experienced newborn photographer is key to a stress free newborn session where safety and beautiful images is number one priority.
