Sweet and Simple Newborn

Isn’t this such a gorgeous little family of three? I’m in love with this sweet and simple newborn session in my Greendale studio from a few weeks back!

Taylor, Brent, and of course little Beau were SO sweet to work with! I spoke with Taylor on the phone prior to baby Beau’s birth. Taylor really loved simple images without too much color or props. She even joked that her husband said she has to add SOME color to Beau’s nursery eventually! Taylor was also hoping for a more casual look to some of the family shots vs. the very posed images.

I came up with this gorgeous way to incorporate more casual family and parent shots into my newborn sessions. I love the bright airiness to it, and Taylor’s gorgeous white lace dress really added so much to these images. I’m in love with the sweet smiles of Taylor and Brent looking down at her baby boy, as well as that adorable close up of his head in their hands.

I have so many favorites from this sweet and simple newborn session, it was hard to choose which ones to blog about! That adorable smile at the end just topped off little Beau’s whole gallery.
