I’m so excited to let the cat out of the bag! After months of debating whether or not to offer this incredible new session to my line up, I decided just to go for it! Unique Senior Photography

Each high school senior is unique in their own way. It’s important to show off each of my clients personalities with a unique senior photography session! Whether you’re into sports, clubs, band, or just want to show off your personality with some colorful creative lighting in my Milwaukee studio LET’S HAVE SOME FUN! Of course outdoor sessions are magical as well, with stunning golden evening sunlight. With my new Lux Senior Experience, you can have the whole package! Feeling like a model for a day never hurt anyone, am I right?

Simple Senior Sessions

Don’t worry guys and girls! IF you want to keep things simple, I am still offering my Simple Senior Session for my Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Ozaukee senior photos as well! These are 45-60 minutes, 1 location, and a few quick outfit changes! As a Milwaukee senior photographer, I like to offer what I can that speaks to each of my seniors! I’m SO excited for this upcoming senior season, and can’t wait to make some magic during my Milwaukee senior photography sessions!

What an incredible group of ladies I photographed yesterday at the Distinguished Young Women of Oak Creek event! It’s not easy getting on stage in-front of so many people to not only to do some public speaking, but showcase their fitness abilities and amazing talents! I was so impressed! Ever hear of image stacking? Edit this snowflake along with me…

I decided a few weeks ago to pick up my macro lens, that I haven’t used in a while to try out some snowflake shots. ❄️

Not super easy. A lot of patience is required. 😂

I needed some special equipment to photograph these incredibly tiny and delicate snowflakes.

But it was so worth it. 💯

Since macro photography has a very shallow depth of field, it can be hard to get the entire snowflake on the same focal plane without moving it or having it lay completely flat on my surface. Resulting in some post process image stacking! Taking multiple shots with different parts of the snowflake in focus, then essentially stacking the images on top of each other so the entire snowflake is in focus. 🤗

Although this is a very simple tutorial using only 2 images, and the bottom of snowflake isn’t in focus. It gives you a great appreciation for macro photography, and the unseen beauty of winter in Wisconsin! ❄️❄️❄️
