Cloud Smash

Henry has gotten so big! I met this little man and his parents during his newborn session. I always find it amazing how fast a year goes, and how much “my” tiny newborns grow and change! It was so fun planning Henry’s cloud/sky themed cake smash session!

During Henry’s newborn session I did a cloud backdrop with rainbow hearts raining down. Mom wanted to stick with a cloud/sky theme for his first cake smash as well! I love keeping things simple during smash sessions. I feel like adding too many props takes away from the adorable kiddos! I added these fun lights, for a sweet whimsical twist. This may be one of my favorite boy cake smashes in a long time!

Henry did great for his session. We got tons of smiles in the beginning, and he totally rocked that “1” onsie with matching bow tie..which of course was in my favorite color! As most one year olds are however, he didn’t last too long. By the end of his smash he was definitely ready to be done!
