How it works – Booking Your Session
Booking Your Session
The session fee/retainer is due upon booking to hold your session date and time (or to hold time around due dates for newborn sessions). This fee is for photographers time during session, editing, materials, and viewing appointment. A session contract must also be signed. No session is fully booked until retainer is paid, and contract agreement is signed. Kellie requires contract signed, and retainer paid 48 hours prior to session date.
The minimum digital collection of $500.00 + tax is due on the date of your session. This will be used as a credit towards digital collections and products of your choosing.
Roughly 1-2 weeks after your session date, client will come to the studio for viewing and ordering appointment. If choosing a larger digital collection other than 10 images, cost difference in payment will be due at this time.
Additional Information
Milwaukee County/City sales tax of 7.9% will be added to services, digital collections, and products.
$500.00 digital collection minimum purchase is required OR $1,000.00 in prints or products only when not purchasing a digital collection.
For clients who desire BOTH location and studio (or two locations) during their photo session add an additional $100 fee and 1 hour of time.
Expecting Parents - Baby registeries are available! My expecting parents pay session fee/deposit to hold their due date on my calendar. Photographer can provide informative cards for tucking into baby shower invitations on how guests can contribute to expecting parents digital collection fee!
